Order handling procedure

Orders from the Czech Republic
We do NOT process any orders from the Czech Republic. The only official distributor of our books in the Czech Republic is Mrs. Alena Vycichlova. To make an order please visit www.frivolitka.cz.
We do our best to detect Czech orders during the order creation process and if we believe the order comes from the Czech Republic, we display a message asking you to visit www.frivolitka.cz. However, if you confirm a Czech order and pay for it, your money will be returned (reduced by any operational costs imposed by the transfer institution you have chosen, e.g. PayPal or bank).

Placing orders
Whenever possible please place your orders via the online form available on our web page. If, for some reason, it is impossible to use our form, before making any payment, please contact us via email or phone. A payment we were not informed about can be overlooked.

Required information
To process an order we require: the list of items you would like to purchase, the quantity, your email address and the full precise shipping address with the country name. Although not required, it's usually safer to write your address with the Latin alphabet.
Please note that the order will be sent exactly to the address you provide. If it is not sufficient, the items might return to us and you will have to pay again for the shipping. Moreover, the time for you to get the items will get longer.

Bigger orders
Should you be interested in more than 5 copies of our books, when you create an order online you don't see the exact shipping cost as it is the case for smaller orders (up to 5 copies). Instead, you obtain the information that we will contact you to provide such cost. This is due to our constant search of the lowest shipping prices. Please do not hesitate and confirm such order. When we contact you and you find the shipping costs too high, we will cancel your order without any consequences.

Order status
After successfully creating an order we send a confirmation message to the given e-mail address. In this message you will find a link to the web page where you can see the order details and its current status. If you don't get a message within a few hours, please contact us.

Execution time
We send the ordered books within 3 business days after the payment is on our account. Example: if we get a payment on Monday, we will send the books by Thursday; if we get a payment on Thursday, we will send the books by the following Tuesday.
If we have your email address, we will send you a message that the items are on their way. There may be a day delay between sending the items and sending the message, but if you don't get the message within 5 business days after you have paid for your order, please contact us.

Please add the order reference number to the payment title. Without this number we can miss your payment.

Shipping
We usually send books via our National Postal Service (Poczta Polska, www.poczta-polska.pl). We use registered priority parcels with the tracking option. The tracking available on sledzenie.poczta-polska.pl in most cases covers only the Polish territory. But for some countries, as soon as the parcel reaches the destination country, the tracking number is visible on the postal service's web site of that county.

Sometimes we use also other shipping services like UPS.

If you don't receive your items within 2 weeks after they were sent, please contact us. We will try to track them and in case we don't succeed, we will lodge a complaint to the Postal Service.

Invoices
We can provide you with an invoice for your order. If you need one, please indicate it in the comments while creating an order or send us a message. Please remember to provide us with all the necessary information (e.g. your TAX identification number when applicable).

Data storage
The data you provide during the order creation process is administered by the GECOM company. We do not transfer it to any third party and we use it to properly process your order. In the future we may use it to inform you about our other products unless you disagree.
